Hotel Policies
- Check In / Check Out: You
may check in from 14:00 hours. To enable us to prepare the rooms for arriving guests, you must check
out by 11:00 hours.
- Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least three days before the check-in date. In the event
of a no show, or a cancellation with less than the
cancellation days mentioned in the confirmation
letter or e-mail; an amount of one day's room rate
will be charged. We regret to mention all deposits
will be non-refundable.
- Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express cards. Please note that there is a
surcharge of 2% on Visa / Mastercard and 3.15% on American express payments for accommodation.
